Terms And Conditions: By applying to the ATW Ticket Affiliate Program, you are providing permission for Around The World Cultural Food Festival to send you emails, text SMS, and/or MMS messages from time to time. The affiliate program is open to individuals only and is not available to companies, vendors, partners, or sponsors who may already have agreements with ATW. Around The World Cultural Food Festival shall provide 1 VIP Ticket to the 2020 festival, when 15 or more ticket sales prior to August 1st, 2020 have been made through the provided affiliate link to the Affiliate. Only sales made through the affiliate link prior to August 1st, 2020 shall be credited to the Affiliate, and credit for a sale can not be changed, altered, or provided if a sale occurs through any other method other than the approve affiliate link provided to the Affiliate, whether on purpose or by mistake. The 1 VIP ticket provided for those who meet the requirements of the program has no cash value and cannot be returned to ATW for cash. The ticket shall be registered only to the Affiliate who has applied and shipped to the address provided at the time of registration. Name, Email, Phone, and Address must all be correct and match the information on state or federal issued identification for the Affiliate. ATW reserves the right to change or alter the program at any time and may revoke the free VIP ticket from any affiliate who does not agree with, or is found in violation of, the terms contained herein.
