Shifts are in 5-hour segments. These shifts may be before, during, or after the festival (as you provide your availability) and would be assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator who will work with you to establish a workable schedule. Each volunteer will be provided with water all throughout their shift and sandwiches, once their shift is over. Upon request, students can also receive service hours for volunteering in the festival.
You’ll be able to enjoy the festival as a normal attendee the remaining time you’re there and not on a shift. If you work a double volunteer shift, you will receive food tickets to enjoy food from our participating vendors in the event, after your shift.
